| Job Description | **Technical Designer/pattern maker
1. On site review sample quality control, technical issues solve 2. Communication with factory and/or merchant team 3. PP meeting 4. Pattern check 5. Technical support before production. 6. Knowledge/experience with pattern making and garment construction. **Merchandiser 1. Verify bulk order details and enter them into the ERP system for maintenance. 2. Follow up on related business activities during the bulk production stage. 3. Coordinate and communicate with the factory, proactively resolving issues to ensure timely export of bulk goods. **Sample specialist 1. Follow up on garment style development materials, including: liaising with suppliers, preparing main and auxiliary materials for sample room prototyping, and confirming material numbers and quality. 2. Consolidation and maintenance of material purchase orders. 3. Sample tech pack processing. ** QA 1. Assist in managing the product quality of various partner manufacturing factories, guiding and promoting the QC/QA system and factory inspection operations. 2. Serve as a communication bridge for product quality standards between the company and clients. 3. Handle anomalies and establish improvement processes. 4. Integrate resources from different factory sites to create synergy. |
